Private Pool
One of the largest neighborhood swimming pools in the area that includes a kiddie pool for the little ones, covered patio court, lounge chairs and tables for kicking back relaxing in the sun.
Hours: 11am - 9 pm. Red Cross Certified Life guard on duty.
Adult Lap Swim: 6 am - 11 am (6 am - 7:45 am during swim team season)

Tennis and Pickleball Courts
Spring Creek subdivision offers its residents private tennis and newly developed pickleball courts which are perfect for friendly competition and staying fit.
Hours: Closes at 10:00PM
Access: Requires an Access Code
Basketball Courts
Spring Creek offers a beautiful setting for shooting hoops. Even in the heat of Summer, the grove of shade trees offer protection from the hot sun.

Access: No code or card required. For Spring Creek Residents Only
Trash Service
Weekly trash pickup and bi-monthly curbside recycling is also included. Trash Service pickup is every Monday (Tuesday pick up when falls on a holiday) and Recycling is every other Monday beginning January 11th, 2021. Please recycle as there is no extra charge and it's great for the environment!
Large Bins are also available and included in your annual dues. You may also request a bin for Bulk and Yard waste with an additional fee. If you need a trash, recycling or additional bins please send your requests to springcreekpoa@gmail.com.
Swim Team
Spring Creek hosts a Swim Team called the Hurricanes that provides children of Spring Creek Residents the opportunity to learn to swim in a fun and exciting environment.
Swim Team Duration: Memorial Day to July 15th
Practice Times: Daily at 8 am - 11 am at the pool.
Swim Meets: Spring Creek hosts 1 - 2 meets at home and usually are on Thursday mornings.
Meet Times: 8am - 1 pm.
Common Grounds

All grounds and facilities are for the exclusive use of Spring Creek Residents and their guest. Guest must be accompanied by a Spring Creek Resident.

The common area closes at 10 pm every night unless special arrangements are made.

Vehicles may not be left in the parking lot past 10 pm. Violators will be ticketed and/or have their vehicle towed at their expense.

Bikes should be parked at the bicycle rack provided

The common area belongs to all residents of Spring Creek and everyone is responsible for keeping it a clean and pleasant part of our community.
