    There is no fee for Recyling and Trash Carts as they are included with payment of your Annual Dues. However, there is an additional fee for a Yard Waste Cart.   • What day is Recyling pick-up?
    Recyling Pick-up is every other Monday or Tuesday if holiday falls on Monday. Visit the Amenities Page on our website for more information on Trash Service and Schedule.
  • How do I get a Trash, Recyling or additional Cart for Service?"

  • Are outbuildings or storage sheds allowed?
    No outbuildings or other structures are not permitted on any lot. Visit the Covenants Page for more information on restrictions.
  • Does Spring Creek have a HOA?
    Yes, we have a Property Owners Association. Visit the POA page on our website for more information on our Property Owners Association and Board Members.
  • Does Spring Creek have Annual Dues?
    Yes, Spring Creek Annual Dues are $470 and are due on January 31st of every year. If your dues or special assessments are not paid by the due date, Spring Creek is legally within their right to cut of your trash service, remove your access to the pool and/or place a lien on your property.   • Is there a penalty for paying dues or special assessment late?
    Yes, if your dues or special assessments are not paid by the due date, Spring Creek is legally within their right to cut off your trash service, remove your access to the pool or place a lien on your property. Check out our Dues Page for more information on paying dues.
  • Are additions or property changes allowed?
    Yes, however substantial Additions or property changes must be approved by the Architectural Committee. Please submit specifications and plans for approval to the Spring Creek Architectural Committee, P.O. Box 14082, Springfield, MO 65814 or email springcreekpoa@gmail.com. This includes changes to buildings, fence, walls, residence or other structures on the lot including:​ The exterior surface of patio court or single-family structure is not allowed to be painted or changed in any manner without written approval; painted exterior brick surfaces will not be approved. Roofing materials must be approved. Submitted request must include the Manufacturer of shingle, Brand of Shingle, and Color of Shingle All roofs shall have an exterior surface of cedar shakes or composition material. Notwithstanding this requirement, the Architectural Committee may approve, in its discretion, shingle roofs with all of the following product specifications: The Architectural Committee may approve shingle roofs with the following product specifications: No less than 350 lbs per square shingle A shingle design that is consistent with a distinctive cedar shake look The existing cedar shake roof must be removed before the approved shingle roof is installed Below are the current shingles that meet the above criteria: CertainTeed Presidential TL, CertainTeed Presidential (ARlR), GAF Grand Canyon, GAF Grand Sequoia, Tamko Heritage Vintage, Certainteed Grand Manor, GAF Camelot (Not Camelot Il), DuraBuild Stone Coated Metal, IKO Armorshake. ​Please note that shingle manufacturers change names and specs often. It is your responsibility to request the latest revised version: September 30th 2019. The Architectural Committee will consider shingles not on the list, provided: The shingles carry a 50 year to life time guarantee Warranted to wind speeds of 130 MPH or higher Have an architectural appearance Visit the Covenants Page for more information on restrictions.
  • Do I need approval to replace my roof?
    Yes, you must submit a request for approval to the Spring Creek Architectural Committee, P.O. Box 14082, Springfield, MO 65814 or email springcreekpoa@gmail.com.   • How do I get access to the Pool?
    Entry to pool requires a key card issued to the homeowner. In the event that one sells their house, this key card can be transfered to the new homeowner. Only one key card will be issued for free to each address. If you plan on purchasing a home in Spring Creek, please ask the seller for the pool key.   • How do I get access to the Tennis and Pickleball Courts?
    Access to the courts requires an access code to open the gate. Contact springcreekpoa@gmail.com to request the access code. Visit the Amenities Page on our website for more information about our Tennis and Pickleball Courts.
  • Where can I find information about the Swim Team?

  • When is Spring Creeks Annual Garage Sale?
    Spring Creek hosts two Annual Garage Sales that are always the first Friday and Saturday in May and in October. Visit the Community Page for dates and to find more information on other important Events.
  • Are fences allowed?
    Yes however they are not encouraged, but only properly constructed and installed fences may be approved for construction by the Architectural Committee; chain Link fences are not permitted, except for the tennis courts in the common Area. Privacy fences may not exceed forty-eight inches in height. Please submit request for approval to the Spring Creek Architectural Committee, P.O.   • What happens if I violate the Covenants and Rules?
    Violations to the Covenants and Rules may result in the home owner in violation having to pay an assessment fee to cover the costs to remedy the violation. Those assessment fees will be treated the same as a special assessment fee and non-payment gives Spring Creek the legal right to cut off your trash service, remove your access to the pool and/or place a lien on your property which can result in additional fees to cover legal expenses.   • What do I need to do if I decide to Sell my house in Spring Creek?
    We understand that you may decide to move to a new home in a new neighborhood and we sure will miss you when you leave Spring Creek! However we do have a few requests that we would like to ask of you. 1. Please email us to let us know when your house is sold so we may relieve you of payment for Annual Dues and remove you from our Spring Creek Directory. 2. Please let us know the name or information for the new owners if you have that information. 3. As well as please transfer your pool card to the new owners or return it by Mail. You can mail it to Spring Creek POA, P.O. Box 14082, Springfield, MO 65814. As soon as the new owners request a card or we have been notified you no longer live in Spring Creek your pool card will be deactivated.   • Does Spring Creek accept memberships to the Pool from those who live outside of Spring Creek?
    No, Spring Creek does not accept memberships from those who live outside the Spring Creek Neighboorhod. Spring Creek Pool, Tennis Courts, Basketball, Common Area and other amenities are for Spring Creek Residents Only. Guest must be accompanied by a Spring Creek Resident.
