About our Community

Welcome to Spring Creek, one of Springfield, MO’s most highly desired neighborhoods located on the southside of town. The subdivision was approved by the City of Springfield in 1984 with construction beginning in March of 1985. The neighborhood has grown in several phases over the years to a total of 292 homes, recreational amenities, and common spaces all connected by sidewalks. Spring Creek is a family-friendly neighborhood that consists of all brick single family residences with beautifully maintained yards, mature trees & landscaping and lighted brick mailboxes.

We offer recreational facilities such as Basketball, Tennis and Pickleball Courts perfect for friendly competition and staying fit, and one of the largest neighborhood swimming pools in the area that includes a kiddie pool for the little ones, covered patio court, lounge chairs, and tables for kicking back relaxing in the sun.
