Property Owners Association
Spring Creek Property Owners Association (POA) and Board was formed in 1984 when the development of Spring Creek began and has the sole responsibility of managing the Spring Creek Community, administering and enforcing the covenants & restrictions. During the beginning of the development in 1984, the Board consisted of developers and investors who did not live in Spring Creek but had an invested interest in the success of the neighborhood.
Today, Spring Creek Board consists of residents who live in Spring Creek and have many unique talents that help to keep our neighborhood beautiful and safe. The board works with our HOA Administration and Pool Manager to help us manage the community.

Clint Strong, Member At Large
He and his wife, Crystal, and their three girls have lived in Spring Creek for 10 years. Clint works as a family doctor at Jordan Valley. He enjoys cycling and mountain biking.
Jim Blaha, Treasurer
Jim has lived in Spring Creek for 18 years. He is retired from French's, enjoys pickleball, floating/fishing on area rivers.
Martin Johnson, Member At Large
John Starks, Member At Large
John moved to Spring Creek in April of 2021. He is a serial entrepreneur who owns multiple businesses. He is recently married in 2022, between John and his wife, they have 6 daughters and 1 grandson. They all enjoy the lake, travel, and outdoor activities.

Mark Grimm, Member At Large
He has lived in Spring Creek for 10 years, and is retired Physician from Mercy Hospital. He has two grown children who live outside of the area. His hobbies include swimming at our community pool, road cycling, and snow skiing.

Regina Williams, HOA Administration Manager
Regina and her husband Paul have lived in Spring Creek since 2010. They have 2 children that live in Springfield one that resides in Texas. Her hobbies include watching her son play soccer, taking care of her deck garden, hanging out at the pool, and traveling with her husband.
