What Dues Pay for
Your dues help to preserve and maintain the beauty of Spring Creek Neighborhood which includes maintaining the sign, mowing services, landscaping, replacing trees, plants, shrubs, annuals, and ground cover. Along with the maintenance of the many amenities Spring Creek has to offer such as keeping the pool beautiful crisp clear water with pool chemicals and maintenance. Managing the pool to ensure safety of our residents which includes hiring lifeguards on duty.
Additionally, dues cover the following yearly expenses:

Pool Management
As well your weekly trash pickup and bi-monthly curbside recycling costs are included in your dues. Please recycle as there is no extra charge and its great for the environment! Trash Service pickup is every Monday (Tuesday pick up when falls on a holiday) and Recycling is every other Monday. Large Bins are also available and included in your annual dues. You may also request a bin for Bulk and Yard waste with an additional fee. If you need a trash, recycling or additional bins please send your requests to springcreekpoa@gmail.com.
In addition there may be a Special assessment for capital improvements which may pay for the cost of reconstruction, repair or replacement of a capital improvement upon the common area, including fixtures, and personal property that is an additional costs not included in the amount of your annual dues. Such assessments will be proposed by the Board and residents will have the opportunity to vote for these assessments with maximum special assessment of $500.00 and would be due upon request.
As well as, please be advised that additional assessment fees may be charged to any home owner who is in violation of the Covenants and Rules to cover the costs to remedy the violation.
When to Pay Dues
Annual Dues in the amount of $600 must be paid by January 31st to avoid penalties. Special Assessments are due upon request. The amount of Annual Dues is based on previous years expenses and may be subject to change in the following years.
At the end of each year beginning in December we will mail out our annual Breeze Newsletter to every home in the neighborhood which includes the Invoice for paying your dues for the following year; as well as we will send this electronically through email.
If your dues or special assessments are not paid by the due date, Spring Creek is legally within their right to cut of your trash service, remove your access to the pool and/or place a lien on your property which could result in additional fees to cover legal expenses.

How to Pay 2024 Dues
You have two options for paying your dues; 1) Send Check by Mail in amount of $600.00 or 2) Pay with PayPal Account or Credit Card tied to your PayPal account in amount of $622.18 which includes a small fee that Paypal charges the POA for the transaction.

Make check Payable in the Amount of $600 to Spring Creek POA and mail to the following along with this invoice. A copy of the Invoice is also sent in our Annual Breeze Newsletter.
