Board Meetings

The Spring Creek Property Owners Associations holds an Annual Board Meeting at the beginning of each year where we may discuss the latest neighborhood news, issues, budget and plans for capital improvements of the Spring Creek Community. We encourage property owners to attend this meeting as we may require your input or ask you to vote on capital improvements for the neighborhood. We may post more information about upcoming meetings, Agenda and Meeting minutes on this page when they are available.

Our last Annual Spring Creek Homeowners Meeting was Thursday, February 27, 2025 beginning @ 7:00 PM. The meeting was held at the Schweitzer Brentwood Branch Library, Community Room 100 located @ 2214 S Brentwood Blvd, Springfield, MO 65804, Springfield. Spring Creek Residents please come meet with your neighbors and discuss the things that keep our neighborhood great.

We will attempt to do the Facebook live again each year for those who cannot attend in person or will at the very least record the meeting for later view.
