POA Dues Payable

At the end of each year beginning in December we will mail out our annual Breeze Newsletter to every home in the neighborhood which includes the Invoice for paying your dues for the following year; as well as we will send this electronically through email. Annual Dues in the amount of $470 must be paid by January 31st to avoid penalties.  Special Assessments are due upon request.

If your dues or special assessments are not paid by the due date, Spring Creek is legally within their right to cut of your trash service, remove your access to the pool or place a lien on your property.

Please contact Terry Nigh at 417-730-1352 if you need an extension, if you are a new resident, or you need to update your contact or email address to ensure your dues are paid.
